Jang Dong-soo, with a reputation for his tenacity, finds himself at the center of a wave of brutal murders plaguing the city. As the body count rises, he becomes determined to put an end to the bloodshed and bring the perpetrator to justice.
Enter Jang Dong-soo’s unlikely ally, Ma Seok-do, a notorious gangster known for his ruthlessness and cunning.
